Appreciated our stay in this hotel. Overall had really comfortable stay of 7 nights. It was fancy, spotless and with the king size bed. We had coffee & tea making machines and refrigerators in the room. The staff were courteous all the time👍

We had such a nice time! The hot tub was open late just for us, and we enjoyed drinks on the patio with a stunning view of the bay. The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, but it didn’t affect our stay much. 🌅

Location is beautiful. Hotel is very well maintained and very comfortable. Restaurant is very good and reasonably priced.
Really no complaints other than the pillows were too hard. Need some softer ones.

Liked the view, however the reservation was screwed up, and they did not have rooms reserved for us?
Needs remodeling to bathroom, walls and carpet.

Location was wonderful, I liked that it was near the bird santuary and the ocean.
The hotel was not very user friendly. There was no where the the bathroom to put pills or a makeup bag or hair supplys with just a pedestal sink they need to put a shelf in the bathroom. The ice bucket and coffee pot were on top of the armoir which held the tv and it was 8 feet high It is good we were tall so we could reach it. And the was only one chair in the room. Our room number was 108.

A little gem by the bay
From our balcony, we watched good sunsets while enjoying drinks at the on-site bar. The flower gardens added a cheerful burst of color to our stay.
The ceilings felt low in our room, slightly cramped. The shower could also use a boost in water pressure for a more pleasant experience.

It was inside the state park which is beautiful. The Inn appeared to be newly redecorated and was lovely. The Inn grounds were well landscaped. The staff was very friendly. The maintenance man came immediately when we reported that our toilet was loose and fixed it.
The dining room was closed mid-week so you had to eat in the bar area. They promoted a "happy hour" that included an optional appetizer menu, but once you got there they said the appetizers were only available Friday and Saturday. The problem was they did not even have pretzels or peanuts to have with the drinks. They were also understaffed at dinner and breakfast in the eating area. I think it is a ok value at $100/night but not at the advertised $189/night.

The highlight of my stay was the beautiful view from the room, which really added to the experience. However, I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities like air conditioning and some furnishings in the room. It would be great for short stays or families, but improvements in comfort are needed for longer visits.

Nice location. Set nearby town, close enough for a walk, but removed from the hustle of crowds to feel like you are on a retreat. Beautiful views from balcony, both stars at night and the sunny views in the daytime
hot tub did not heat up past 97 degrees.
